Paper Players Sketch Challenge #215

The first thing I bought from the holiday mini catalog was the Endless Wishes stamp set. I've been looking for an opportunity to break this set out and this week,  The Paper Players sketch challenge has provided me with the perfect inspiration. I love these playful snowflakes.

Here is what I came up with...

Cute Sticky Note Holder

This past July, I had the opportunity to go to the Inspire, Create, Share convention in Salt Lake City. I came away with so many great ideas that I am excited to share with you!

While in Salt Lake City, I shared a hotel room with some other Stampin' Up! ladies. True to the giving nature of Stampin' Up! we kicked things off by exchanging some roommate gifts. I made this cute little sticky note holder. I hope the ladies are getting a lot of use out of these!

The mini gel pen and sticky notes came from Staples. They each come in packs of 12 so you can make up quite a few in short order. The stamp set is High Five which is really cute for a lot of different occassions. I used Versamark on the background stamping to get a darker shade of the Lost Lagoon card stock (my absolute new favorite color by the way). You can see the rest of the supplies used below.

Hope you stop by later this week for a step by step on how to make this yourself! These make excellent office or neighbor holiday gifts!

Welcome to my Blog!

Two and a half years ago, my mother invited me to attend a card making class with her. When I walked away from that class, not only did I have four beautifully hand crafted cards, but I also walked away having had a great experience.

For the past two and a half years I have found a great hobby in card making. I also found a great product in Stampin' Up! I love the way that everything in their product line coordinates making it easy to get the creative juices flowing. There is also a wide range of products that appeal to every level of crafter from someone who has never stamped before, to those who are more advanced.

I recently decided to make a business out of my hobby by becoming an Independent Stampin' Up! Demonstrator. I am currently working on organizing my first class. I would also love the opportunity to help you throw a great party for your friends centered around making some beautiful cards with Stampin' Up! products. Please keep checking back for my completed projects, updates regarding the classes that I am offering, as well as Stampin' Up! promotions. If you are interested in hosting a party or have questions about the products you see in the catalog or on my blog, please feel free to reach out to me.
